Natz: New HipHop- Energetic

We got asked to design our very own costume for Hip Hop class, for next years dance a thon here (new years show).

If you are wondering, yes.. i dance Ive been dancing for many years, started with traditional Salsa, (since im Hispanic and mum wanted me to learn it) so ive been dancing since 5-6 yrs old. I found my passion for Hip Hop as i got older though, and have been dancing on and off for a few years now.

Anyways, this means i wont have to go buy more stuff? Oh coolness! The clothes i designed here for my own use are what i already have/ own, i might need to do some adjustments to it, like maybe put more bling on it.. or something.. ill figure it out.

ARTIST RANT
Um well since this was a rough sketch when i was at dance the other day.. i took it home and started working on the line art, as it got more interesting, i saw it was going to end up as just sketch work, and not coloured :b Why? cause i also need practice with Graphite pencils, as Got Milk is mainly that.. so good practice The pants where fun as always, and yes, i usually cut my own jeans and make them different, as i dont like dressing like "everyone else" :b

The only issue i had here where the legs, :/ drawing them with the pants was hard, and i should have started with just bare legs instaed of doign the pants first and THEN the legs.. ok.. so sense.. XD Im a fussy person when it comes to feet... as i use them a lot.. so the shoes listed below i actually own

I think this was mostly inspired by :3 casue he is the master of graphite sketching work! And if you havent gone to see his work, i highly recommend you do.. He has a very unique way of shading, and his art always looks so crisp and fresh ^_^

Heh, the song we are "working on" is BoA's "Energetic" song, that girl makes it look freakin easy >:3 check out her feet during the next video.. its like shes walking on ice or something.. and thats exactly why people need good shoes to do that
