i finally finished my contest entry for 's comp!

Okay so James wanted his OC characters, Charlotte

They are at the beach as Captn' said we could pick from a few backgrounds.. i chose the beach, they had a sit by the waves, just relaxing... and then Squawky started flirting with Charlotte.. XD

Mario had just about enough of his over driven hormones.. and grabbed his scarf.. This is what they said..

Mario: Ok.. ive just about had enough outta you and your alter ego..*grabs aquwaky's scarf, and pulls him down*...-_-;

Squawky: SQUAWK!! X3 just one..little peck! Thats all!!!! O_O;

Artist complaints:

I forgot how Squawky's tail colours went.. and when i was scanning it.. i noticed it.. bit too late, cos i had coloured it already.. oh well..

the sky was a PAIN to colour with water colours.. >_< it kept smudging and blotching didnt help, so i had to go over it with a special pen ive got that erases stuff like that.. smooths it out.. anyways, the other thing was the crab.. i wanted to draw crabby from Pokemon.. but i cant remember him too well

apart from that.. Charlotte's legs, and her feet.. i sooo suck at toes.. X3 i did my best though.. I tried to get her dress colour and her little cardigan top the right colour, its not blue, its aqua.. her hair is a lighter blonde than Peach's : so yeah..

Thats all..

But in general i like how it turned out.. ^^

line art was finished a few days ago, colour was done today.. and took me about 4 hours..

i used Derwints water colours, Crayola pencils, and Staedtler coloured pens for the finishing line art in brown, red, blue, green, pink and black for the finished line art details
