Just like his chibi brother [link] 
I will probably end up drawing the whole crew in chibi mode.. eventually heh.. chibi style is just eye candy to me, and is one of the most piss-ass easy ways to draw anything!!
Dunno what chibi style is??
Well, it's just the anime version of any character but with a much bigger "chubbier" face/head, and big glowy eyes, and a small body that pretty much sums up what chibi is..
On this one, i didn't really give too much of a difference to Mario's nose, and facial styling..his hair's is slightly different as to what he'd normally have it under a cap
Uhhhhh but he's feet where cute to draw :3 dunno why they appeal to me more than the rest of him lol.
Crayola pencils, different shading (tried to make it similar to the Luigi version)...
Haze border thingy and sparkles done on GIMP.
